Two weeks ago was the opening reception for "The Shape of Things" at the Praxis Photos Arts Center. Praxis shared a link of images from the exhibition, and below are a few photographs from that:

The Opening Reception for "The Shape of Things"

Earlier tonight, my boys and I went to the opening reception for "The Shape of Things:" an international juried exhibition at the Praxis Photo Arts Center. I have a piece in that exhibition that can be seen in the last 2 photos here:

The last time I was there, there was talk of developing this space as an
extended exhibition space, but this was the first I saw it used. Nicely done!

One Week Down at the U!

My first classes in the University of Minnesota's "College of Design" went well this past week! I taught in the Art Department on the Minneapolis campus from 2005-2011, and now I have a class on the St. Paul campus. My classroom has a ton of whiteboard space and 21 (yes, I counted) whiteboard markers:

Happy to be back at the U! (Even if it might just be for a semester.)
